I purchased the tool that PW sells to adjust the band. No go. I went to a jeweler and he used a small screw driver. I have had the watch for over a week now, and am VERY satisfied. I still cannot find the "sweet spot" on the crown to adjust the date, but turning it thirty days once a month is no big deal. The shipping was delayed due to a failure of the original watch to pass quality control. That is a comforting feeling since not many companies have quality control any longer.
