Your Watch Is Checked Before Dispatch
Before shipment, applicable watches go through pre-shipment quality control to document the watch, inspect visible details and check key functions.
What We Check
Visual Inspection
Visible exterior details, alignment and finishing are reviewed.
Function Check
Applicable watch functions are checked before shipment.
QC Documentation
Applicable QC photos document the individual watch from multiple angles.
Instrument Testing
Applicable mechanical watches may be checked using timegrapher equipment.
QC procedures and available test results may vary by watch, configuration and quality level.
STEP 05 · DISPATCH & TRACKING
Your Order Is Prepared for Delivery
After the applicable preparation and QC stages are complete, the order is prepared for dispatch and tracking information is provided when available.

The watch and applicable order contents are prepared for shipment.

Dispatch
The package is handed over for delivery after the applicable pre-shipment process is complete.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available so you can follow the shipment.

STEP 06 · DELIVERY & SUPPORT
Support Continues After Delivery
After receiving your watch, check the package and product promptly. Warranty, service and eligible returns are handled according to the applicable ReplicaFactory policies.
