This was my first purchase with replicafactory.is and admittedly I was skeptical. But, with the numerous positive experiences I decided to give them a shot. The customer service rep was very friendly during the required phone confirmation of the order, and they provide emails keeping you informed of the status of your order. 20-days later (today) the watch arrived. The entire watch and band was wrapped in protective plastic, and it was running beautifully. After carefully removing the plastic, I unscrewed the crown (with difficulty) and adjusted the time, date, and day. The crown is a bit difficult to turn, particularly when screwing it down which is tight with approximately a quarter of a turn. The band feels great and has a very nice feel and weight. I noticed the 6s and 9s have a gap where the circle meets the back of the digit, which is not the case with the authentic watches. The link screws on the band are very inconsistent with the screw groove being off-center at varying degrees on different screws. That being said, I'm impressed by the overall construction of the watch. To those on the fence, don't hesitate ordering from this company.
