Privacy policy
We operate this website as an online retail platform. In order to process orders, arrange delivery, and provide customer support, we collect and handle certain personal information.
We do not sell personal information and only use it for legitimate business purposes.
Here’s what we collect and what we do with it.
The information you give us
If you place an order or reach out to us, you’ll share things like your name, email, phone number, and the address where you want the order delivered. If you create an account, you’ll also create login details.
We use that information for straightforward reasons: getting the order to you, updating you if something goes wrong, and making sure we can help if you have questions later.
The boring “website stuff” we see automatically
When you browse, the site will still see some basic technical details (things like browser type, device type, IP address, and which pages were opened). That’s not us trying to “track you as a person.” It’s mostly used for keeping the site running, preventing spam/fraud, and figuring out what’s broken or confusing on the site.
Payments
Payments go through secure payment providers. We don’t keep full credit card numbers or sensitive bank details stored on our servers. If you enter payment info, it’s handled by the payment provider’s system.
What we actually use your information for
Most of it is simple and expected:
- processing orders and arranging delivery
- sending order confirmations and shipping updates
- replying to support messages
- dealing with issues (for example: a package delay, an address correction, or a payment that didn’t go through)
- keeping the site safe and working properly
If you sign up for marketing emails, we might send occasional messages about new items or special offers. If you don’t want those, unsubscribe—no drama. The link is in the email.
Who gets access to your information
We don’t sell personal data. Period.
Some information does need to be shared with companies that help us do the basics—payment processing, shipping/logistics, and website hosting. They don’t get a blank check; they get what’s necessary to do their part.
If we ever have to share information for legal reasons, or to protect customers and the business (for example, fraud or abuse), we may do that as well.
Cookies
Cookies are used for normal site functions (like keeping your cart working) and for basic analytics. If you don’t want cookies, you can disable them in your browser. Just be aware that checkout/cart behavior can get weird on some browsers if cookies are blocked.
Keeping information accurate
If you notice your shipping address, email, or phone number is wrong, tell us as soon as you can. Most shipping problems come down to simple details like apartment numbers or typos, and fixing that early makes life easier for everyone.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the updated version on this page.
